1 Scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who or which, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of his or its trade, business or profession.

The purchase contract is concluded with DESIGNER BOUTIQUE E-COMMERCE LIMITED.

By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

4 Delivery conditions

4.1 Shipping costs

Standard delivery is free of shipping costs.

4.2 Delivery options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.

We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

4.3 Delivery costs

The prices for products listed on our website include delivery costs but exclude all fees, taxes, duties, levies or similar government charges (“duty unpaid and untaxed”).

All duties, fees, customs, taxes or other governmental charges and declarations for importing the products to the delivery address are your responsibility and will be borne by you and are not included in the price of the products. For all deliveries, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. In addition to the shipping costs, this also includes costs for customs duties or import sales tax, as the goods are shipped from a non-EU country (China), whether customs duties are incurred for a product must be clarified with our customer service before ordering. Customs duties or import sales tax are not paid by us and are to be borne by the buyer. Our goods are always shipped “duty unpaid and untaxed”. The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for the proper payment of duties and/or import taxes and must fully comply with all laws and regulations of the importing country. Since the rules for importing goods vary from country to country, please check your country's customs duties and import sales taxes before placing your order. The buyer is required to fully verify compliance with all laws and regulations of the importing country upon receipt of the goods.

You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, further payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; other individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal.
