Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure quality, products may come from different suppliers. If you order several products at the same time, they may not be delivered at the same time. Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service immediately at support@fashionvibe.ukPlease take pictures of the damage and attach them to your email. Please do not return the item without sending us pictures first. This way we can find the best solution for you.

Please first contact our customer service at support@fashionvibe.uk We will work with you to find the best solution. If this is not successful, you will only have to pay the shipping costs for returning the product to us.
